Ultracuts offers same-day booking only. You can book your preferred time for service only on the day you plan to visit. Online booking opens daily at 7:00 AM and is subject to availability.
All services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. While we strive to ensure that scheduled times run smoothly, delays can occur due to the nature of personal care services. We appreciate your patience and understanding when this happens.
You can easily book your visit through the Ultracuts website or mobile app. Simply select your location, desired service, and preferred stylist (if available), and choose from the available time slots starting at 7:00 AM. Please note that 7:00 AM marks the start of online booking access—not the opening time of each salon.
Once your preferred time is successfully booked, you’ll receive a confirmation via email or SMS. If you do not receive confirmation within 10 minutes, we recommend contacting your selected Ultracuts location directly to confirm your booking.
You may cancel or reschedule your preferred time up to two hours before your scheduled visit. Please be aware that repeated late cancellations or no-shows may impact your ability to book online in the future. This helps us maintain an efficient schedule and fairness for both our guests and stylists.
Walk-ins are always welcome! Ultracuts was founded on a walk-in-friendly philosophy, and that commitment remains unchanged. Our family-friendly pricing and open-door approach continue to make quality hair care accessible for everyone—whether you plan your visit ahead of time or stop by spontaneously.
Please remember: only same-day bookings are available through our online system. Booking early, starting at 7:00 AM, offers the best chance of securing your ideal time. For chemical services, we ask that you contact your local Ultracuts salon directly.

LONDON IS AMAZING!!! I was long overdue for a haircut when I walked in. My hair was flat, dry and really hard to manage. 😟 London noticed that there was big chunk missing from the center back of my hair. (I had no idea that there was anything wrong back there.) I confessed that I had tried to trim my hair myself recently. 🤪 She told me not to worry - she would fix it. She gave me an excellent scalp massage with my shampoo. (Ask for one when you are at the sink - so relaxing!) She took care of every detail of my cut - making sure to check in with me every step of the way. She even advised me about how to keep my curls moisturized and looking great in this dry climate. She is friendly, professional and seems to genuinely enjoy chatting with you while she works her magic. ✨ And the price? Unbeatable. I will definitely be back to see her again. Thank you, London!! 🩷
