Ultracuts is concerned about protecting your privacy.
The following principles guides us in the collection, use, retention and disclosure of your personal information in all of our stores.

Our principles for protecting your personal information are based on the statutory standard under the federal Personal Information and Electronic Documents Act. Ultracuts continues to work towards compliance with that standard in all aspects of our business.

Ultracuts has established a Privacy Office that is responsible for overseeing the collection and use of personal information within our Company.

Ultracuts will inform you of the intent for obtaining your personal information
We will only collect information that is necessary for the purposes identified to you.

Ultracuts will obtain your consent for the collection, use or disclosure of your personal information
You can withdraw your consent to the further use of your personal information at any time, subject to legal restrictions and upon reasonable notice to Ultracuts. Ultracuts allows you access to your personal information
We will respond promptly to your requests for access to information. There is no cost for reasonable requests unless you require copies of records. We will advise you of cost, if any, prior to the retrieval of the records.

In some circumstances, Ultracuts may be unable to provide access to some or all of the information that it holds about an individual including circumstances where the information cannot be separated from the records of others, cannot be disclosed for reasons of legal, security or commercial confidentiality, or is protected by legal privilege.
