Quick and efficient, but always stopped what she was doing for conversation. I’d rather you just do my haircut in a quick manner and not have so much conversation. Especially when you stop what you’re doing to chat, instead of continuing on with your job. I don’t care to chat about my life with you. “Read” your clients.

Excellent service

This 5 star rating is only based on how good Sharmila has been over the years. She is excellent, does great work and makes the whole process so quick. Now the problem with this place is their new booking system, I guess this is the first time in years when I couldn’t make the schedule work and had to go somewhere else. You can’t book even a day in advance, which makes it hard to actually plan anything. And even on the same day if you manage to find a time slot which works for you, it still doesn’t count as an appointment. It’s basically a placeholder , whatever that means. What ends up happening is sometimes it gets busy, you end up waiting even when you show up on time, and people walk in, they also end up waiting and it creates a kinda chaotic and rushed environment. I think based on the feedback I got that it works better for the company this way, but there should be a way for regular customers to actually be able to book appointments in advance. This whole system is bizarre.
