So wonderful and accommodating! Not sure they could always do this as they are pretty busy, but as someone who walked in from out of town looking for a perm, they fit me in! I'm impressed with the sweetness of the staff & how the perm turned out!

Quick and efficient, but always stopped what she was doing for conversation. I’d rather you just do my haircut in a quick manner and not have so much conversation. Especially when you stop what you’re doing to chat, instead of continuing on with your job. I don’t care to chat about my life with you. “Read” your clients.

The most improvement is shampoo 🧴 service to extend the success of my hair dresser AMENA the best ever and now has the foil to shave 🪒 my head nice and clean 🧼 This is my great experience at the MARLBOROUGH MALL ULTRA CUTS 💇‍♀️ is my favourite location because my best STYLIST AMENA ISLAM such a great stylist very professional such a friendly girl very polite. Also made her day when I gave her a nice small gift 💝 cards 🃏 A CINZZEO and COOKIE 🍪 BY GEORGE and she loved them. Sheila does a terrific job on my haircut and is very friendly. Reservations online does not remember my location when I log on and still extremely cryptic to do online reservations. Not sure why you would need an account. But still enjoy Ultracet on Bridge water.

I had a great experience with Karuna. She was very kind, polite, and didn’t judge my hair even though it was quite damaged. She made me feel comfortable the whole time and did a really nice, soft cut with light layers that still kept my hair looking full and healthy. I really appreciate her gentle approach and professionalism. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist who listens and cares about your hair

Been awhile since I went to Ultracuts at St Vital Mall Glad they were open on Monday as some Ultracuts were closest Definitley will go back & request for Lita to cut my hair love the style & cut she did Very pleasant & very good stylist east to talk to & chat with I booked on line & got in for 5:30 & they closed at 6 so was happy with the great service at this location Thank you again Lita see you next month Rhonda W
