They had a really good online booking system, and then they changed it. You are now only able to book on the day you want your haircut. The online opens at 7:00a.m. And by 8:00a.m. All the available spots are gone. The customers can’t organize their week in order to accommodate the employees. That shouldn’t surprise anyone, as service doesn’t exist any more. The hairdressers are still the best but the online booking sucks.
The ladies always do a terrific job. We always leave very happy and feeling good. Very friendly and artists at their work. We’ll be back.
