I love the team and how they help eachother with phones, people walking in and sweeping up. I go to the 22nd Street Ultra cuts in Saskatoon. Garrett always cuts my hair and it's always exactly as I ask. Her customer service is great and she mentions products when there's something she thinks would work for me but never pushes products on me. She's always pleasant and keeps the conversations going without being intrusive or nosy. I love my hair and I love Garrett because she gives me the BEST cuts and UltraCuts because that's where she works. The only drawback is how we, as faithful and consistent customer, are no longer able to book appointments in advance. I can understand for customers who abuse the privilege of appointments and people who aren't consistent clients. But it's seriously impacted my ability to get my haircut on any kind of reliable schedule. I'm not going anywhere and, for now, I still have a full head of hair. But would be nice to schedule my upkeep, not rely on hope, that there's appointment available when I can make it. I'm sure I'm not the only one, so make sure this policy isn't affecting your bottomline. I've gone months where I would have gladly paid to chopped it off, but I couldn't get an appointment. That's lost money for both you and hairdresser. Also, Handitransit, for your older clientele, requires a drop off and a pick up time. If they show up and have to wait to the point they cancel their pickup time, they are relegated to the back of the line and if they cancel more than three times they loose Handitransit privileges. How many older men and women have you lost? It should be noted that you can only order a Handitransit 3 days in advance, so organization and scheduling is key.
